Yes, RapidFlow charges a small transaction fee to ensure the security, speed, and reliability of your trades. This fee helps us cover the costs of network fees and service infrastructure. We are committed to full transparency, so all fees are clearly disclosed before you confirm a transaction.

Fee Structure for Buy and Sell Transactions

Our fee is a percentage of the total transaction value, with a tiered system to provide fair pricing. The fee is deducted from your order value before it is sent to the DEX Aggregator.

• Transactions under $2: Not supported.

• Transactions from $2 to $250: A fee of 2.5% of the transaction value, with a minimum fee of $0.4.

• Transactions of $250 or more: A fee of 1% of the transaction value.

How the Fee is Applied

The transaction fee is deducted from the amount you are buying or selling before the order is executed. This means the final amount of crypto you receive (when buying) or the final amount of USDC you receive (when selling) will be net of the fee.

Example of a Buy or Sell Transaction:

• You place an order to buy/sell $100 worth of a meme token.

  • This transaction falls into the $2 - $250 tier.

  • The fee is calculated as 2.5% of $100, which is $2.5.

  • The remaining amount, $97.5 ($100 - $2.5), is the value sent to the AMM Aggregator to execute your trade.

• You place an order to buy/sell $500 worth of a meme token.

  • This transaction falls into the $250+ tier.

  • The fee is calculated as 1% of $500, which is $5.

  • The remaining amount, $495 ($500 - $5), is the value sent to the AMM Aggregator.

How Gas Fees Are Handled

A key feature of RapidFlow is that you do not need to hold SOL to pay for gas fees for these transactions. The transaction fee you pay to RapidFlow is used to cover the dynamic gas fees and a priority fee on the Solana network, ensuring your trade is prioritized and confirmed within seconds.

Other Fees

• Deposits: We do not charge a fee for receiving crypto deposits into your RapidFlow wallet.

• Withdrawals: You will be charged a standard network fee (gas fee) for withdrawing crypto from your wallet. This fee is paid to the Solana network validators, not to RapidFlow.
